Caribbean Off-Plan is an independent marketing agent and is not the developer of the projects it presents.
2. Data we process
- Data you give us in forms: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, country, budget, timeline, unit type, purpose and comments.
- Visit origin data: landing page, referring site, campaign parameters (UTM) and ad click ID, approximate country, IP address and browser.
3. Purposes and legal basis

4. Recipients and international transfers
Your data is shared with Noval Properties and its authorised sales agent, based in the Dominican Republic, a country without an EU adequacy decision. The transfer is based on your explicit consent after being informed of this (Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR).
Processors acting on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting and database) and Resend (email delivery), with appropriate safeguards for international transfers (standard contractual clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
5. Retention
While you remain interested and at most 24 months from the last contact. The minimum record proving your request (date, origin and project) is kept blocked for up to 5 years to handle possible claims.
6. Your rights
You can withdraw your consent and exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected]. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local authority.
7. Cookies
- Technical (no consent needed): we store in your browser, for the session only, the campaign origin to link it to your request, and your cookie choice.
- Measurement and advertising (only if you accept): Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Analytics 4, to measure our ads.
