Frequently asked questions
Can I buy from abroad?
Yes. Foreigners can buy property in the Dominican Republic with the same rights as nationals. The process, contracts and payments can be handled remotely; the developer and its team will guide you through each step.
Do I need a mortgage?
Not to start. With the payment plans you pay 20% on signing and the rest during construction and on delivery. If you want financing for the final payment, the developer can advise you on options.
In what currency are the prices?
All prices and payment plans are in US dollars (USD).
Can I rent out my apartment?
Coralia is a branded residence with professional rental management by an international hotel brand. Ask your advisor for the details of the rental programme.
Who do I pay?
You always sign and pay directly with the developer, Noval Properties. Caribbean Off-Plan is an independent marketing agent and never handles client funds.
